Hi! Thanks for visiting our site! Be sure to check out our Paper Roll Ornament Workshop on November 22nd!
ReCrafted is a non-profit organization founded by two high schoolers, Zoe Knickerbocker and Joshika Kaipu. This organization was founded to teach young kids the importance of sustainable practices while maintaining a sense of fun and creativity through crafts and activities! We also host fundraisers from time to time to enhance our impact on our community. Sign up for new creative crafts every weekend!
Hi! I'm a high school junior driven by my love for nature, art, and coding. Since June 2024, I've been actively involved as a volunteer at the Cibolo Nature Center, contributing as a greeter, assisting in the teaching garden, and even helping with goat yoga! My commitment to nature extends to my art, where I've won multiple awards for pieces depicting animals and natural elements. I also love photography, capturing the subtle beauty of the natural world. For instance, in 2020, my photograph "Honeybees" along with an explanation of their critical role in pollination won Honorable Mention at state. As part of ReCrafted, I aim to inspire attendees to embrace conservation through engaging and enjoyable craft activities.
Salutations! I'm a junior in high school that's passionate about conservation. At my school, I am involved in varsity tennis, serve as the theatre president, and am a member of EcoBroncos, a club that recycles and cleans our campus. Outside of that I have a love for creative projects including crochet and photography. I am an aspiring urban planner/ environmental engineering and believe that ReCrafted is an exciting way to teach new generations to appreciate and respect our environment! With ReCrafted, I hope to bring innovative crafts and provide a way to reconnect with each other and nature! :)
